I can't update my sensor version

If you are trying to update your sensor and notice that the progress percentage is stuck or not increasing, it means the update process has stalled.

Please follow these quick troubleshooting steps to successfully complete the update.

Step-by-Step Resolution

Step 1: Identify the issue

1. Go to the Update page within the application.

2. Start the sensor update.

3. Observe the progress indicator: if the percentage (%) does not increase after a few moments, the process is frozen.

Step 2: Restart the tablet

1. Restart your tablet completely (power off and power back on). This will clear any temporary connection glitches between the tablet and the sensor.

Step 3: Relaunch the update

1. Once the tablet has rebooted, return to the Update page.

2. Launch the sensor update once more.

Note: The progress percentage (%) should now start increasing normally until the update is complete.
